How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing Time: 1 Day
Shipping Details: All orders are shipped via USPS standard mail (no tracking), so you should receive it in 2-5 days.

I made a shipping address error! How can I change it?
If you made an error in your shipping address, please email me at smarthomestickers@gmail.com ASAP with the correct shipping address AND your order number. If an order is returned to us, you will have to pay for the shipping price again.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
I don't accept refunds/cancellation of orders once something has been shipped.

Missing/Damaged Items
If you have received any damaged items OR are missing items, please email a photo of your order to me at smarthomestickers@gmail.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.

Do you take custom orders?
Not yet, but custom sticker sheets are coming soon! Since each sheet has 42 circle stickers, offering custom sticker sheets would require you to send me each MDI icon you want and the quantity. That would be very time-consuming for us both.
So, I'm making a webapp that lets you select the MDI icons, choose a quantity, and then see what it'll look like on a mockup. You can then send me the output to custom create.
